I have practiced law in multiple courts across the state for over a decade. I served as a judicial clerkship with Daniel P. Mecca, P.J.S.C. in Bergen County.
I completed my clerkship and joined the boutique firm of Sodini and Spina, primarily representing banking clients and commercial investors. I then proceeded to Wilson Elser in Newark, continuing to represent commercial clients in all aspects of their business.
I strive to represent clients on a wide variety of issues and give each client the individual attention that is lacking at larger firms. I specialize in all aspects of Family Law litigation, including divorce, custody, child support, adoption and restraining orders. Additionally, I have worked with the New Jersey Office of Parental Representation for over a decade representing defendants in DYFS/DCPP litigation.
Building off my experience in banking and commercial litigation, I have also represented clients in Foreclosure litigation, including contested foreclosure matters and bankruptcy matters. I litigate consistently in the Chancery and Civil Divisions statewide, representing clients on complex commercial matters, contested estate matters and personal injury matters.
I have experience in litigating all aspects of family law, commercial litigation, landlord / tenant issues, criminal, municipal court, and traffic matters. I am also knowledgeable in transactional work, including residential real estate closings and estate planning.
I am an adjunct professor of Legal Studies at Sussex County Community College, teaching Estates and Trusts, Law Office Management and Business Law.
